School Appearances – I’m passionate about connecting with students and educators. My visits to schools focus on mindfulness, confidence, and personal growth—offering practical tools and encouraging messages to help young minds thrive.

The specific details, timelines, and deliverables of each service will be outlined in a separate agreement between us and the client.
User Eligibility
By using my services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian. You warrant that any information provided to us is accurate and up to date.
Payment Terms
Fees and payment terms are outlined in our agreements or proposals with the client. Payment is due within the agreed timeframe specified in my invoices or at the time of purchasing a product or service. Late payments may incur additional charges or interest as outlined in the invoice or agreement.
Intellectual Property
All materials I create, including but not limited to books, speaking materials, podcast content, graphics, and strategy documents, remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated. Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the materials for the purposes specified in our agreement. The client warrants that any content provided to me does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information disclosed during the business relationship. Confidential information includes business strategies, customer data, speaking engagement details, and other proprietary information not publicly known.
Limitation of Liability
While I strive to provide meaningful and high-quality services, I will not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of my services. In any case, my total liability will never exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
Indemnification
By using my services, you agree to indemnify and hold me harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses that arise from your use of my services or from any breach of these Terms.
This helps ensure that we're both protected and operating with mutual respect and responsibility.
